Data Breach lawyers

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Vida Y Salud-Health Systems, a Crystal City, TX-based Federally Qualified Health Center.

On October 8, 2025, suspicious activity was identified within its network.   An investigation concluded that an unauthorized third party gained access to its network on October 7, 2025, and exfiltrated data.    Names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, account numbers, and claim numbers had been stolen.

According to the Office of the Texas Attorney General, this breach has affected over 34,000 people.
