Data Breach lawyers

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Silver Summit Medical Corp, a Bakersfield, California-based medical group that also operates as Digestive Disease Center and Heart Vascular & Leg Center.

Last month, Silver Summit, became aware of a cyberattack involving a third-party vendor .  An investigation was conducted and concluded that data from the vendor’s systems was acquired without authorization during a four-day window between Nov. 27, 2025, and Nov. 30, 2025.

Names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account or payment card information, dates of birth, taxpayer identification numbers and passport or other government identification numbers potentially accessed without authorization include clinical care details, demographic information, insurance information, and driver’s license numbers may have been disclosed.

Notification letters have been sent out to those who have been affected by this breach.
