Data Breach lawyers

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Trinity Health, a network of clinics around the Kansas City metropolitan area that provide care to patients with chronic kidney disease and other kidney disorders.  This data breach has affected 24,088 individuals.

Suspicious network activity was identified on or around April 9, 2026.  An investigation was conducted and found that its network had been accessed by an unauthorized third party between January 17, 2026, and April 9, 2026.

Personal information exposed in the breach included names, birth dates, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers/state identification numbers, other government identifiers, diagnosis and treatment information, and health insurance information.
