McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Turner Construction, a New York based construction company with locations across the United States.

An investigation confirmed that files containing personal information had been accessed without authorization between the dates of July 2 and July 15, 2026.

The types of personal information confirmed by the company to have been exposed in the breach included names, SSN’s, dates of birth, salary information, bank account information used for direct deposit and home addresses and passport numbers.
