McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from zHealth, a San Francisco-based healthcare technology company providing cloud-based practice management and electronic health record software.

zHealth became aware that certain information may have been copied on or around June 15, 2026. An investigation was conducted and found that its network had been accessed by an unauthorized third party between January 20 and January 21, 2026.

The personal information possibly disclosed varies from individual to individual and may include names, medical information, and health insurance information. This breach has affected 118,000 people.

Notifications began being mailed out to those affected on September 11, 2026.
