McShane & Brady Investigating Kiewit Corporation Data Breach

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Kiewit, a nationwide construction and engineering organization based in Omaha, Nebraska.

Kiewit detected unauthorized access to an employee’s Microsoft 365 account. An investigation was conducted with a third-party forensic firm.

The investigation concluded that the incident may have exposed names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, government-issued identifiers and health information provided in connection with employment. The degree of information exposed varied per individual.

It is unclear how many have been affected.
