McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Ridgeway Pharmacy, a community and mail-order pharmacy based in Montana, that dispenses and delivers prescriptions nationwide.

Ridgeway identified operational issues on the website and began an investigation. The investigation concluded that the information potentially involved may have included name, date of birth, address, prescription information, health information, insurance information, and, for a portion of the individuals, payment card information.

Written notice has been mailed to those who information may have been breach.
