Data Breach lawyers

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Trinity Health, a community hospital in Madera, California which has affected over 150,000 individuals.

Suspicious activity was noticed on its network on May 29th, 2025.  An investigation was conducted and found that an unauthorized third party had gained access to the hospital’s computer network for two days, on May 28 and May 29.  Further analysis was conducted and the investigation and reviewed those results in April 2026.

The potentially affected files contained personal information or protected health information including names, contact information, login credentials, financial account information, medical record information, health insurance details, and government identification numbers.

Data potentially accessed without authorization include clinical care details, demographic information, insurance information, and driver’s license numbers.
