Hims & Hers is an American telehealth company that sells health and wellness products and prescription treatments directly to consumers online.

A case has been filed against Hims & Hers alleging that the telehealth company enrolled consumers in prescription subscriptions without adequately disclosing the terms, made subscriptions difficult to cancel, and shared sensitive health information with advertising platforms despite promises to consumers that the information would remain private.
