Trip and Fall Client

Our client came to us after having suffering a fall from tripping over an empty unmarked pallet.

As she turned off the main aisle around the corner there was an empty pallet which she could not see even while keeping a careful lookout due to it blending in with the floor.   With no warning or signs to alert her to the danger on the floor, she immediately tripped over the empty unmarked pallet. She struck her face against the pallet and the upper half of her body and was unable to brace for the unexpected fall.

X-rays to her facial bones, wrist and knee were completed which noted abnormal findings in her bilateral knee as well as her left wrist. She was given pain medication; a splint was placed on her left wrist and the laceration above her lip was sutured.

Months went by with continued visits to physical therapists and eventually surgery was needed to ease compression on a nerve in the spine.

Mc&B fought for the client.    We were able to settle the case and provide the client with compensation she deserved.
