Rules of the Road

At McShane & Brady,  we have represented clients who have been injured in a car accident from drivers not recognizing a turn signal, therefore not enough time to stop.   These injuries are often the result of a driver not following the “rules of the road”.  Simply complying with the rules of the road would eliminate the needless accidents and injuries that occur annually in the United States.

Here is this week’s question….

When making right or left turns, a driver should signal ________ before the turn:

a. 100 feet
b. 50 feet
c. 35 feet
d. 150 feet

Answer: A.   A driver should activate a turn signal 100 feet prior to making a turn.

If you are someone you know has been injured in a car accident, please call McShane & Brady at 816-888-8010 to set up your consultation.   Don’t let the insurance companies take advantage of you.  Put Mc&B on your side and let us help you get the compensation you deserve.
