McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Plaza Home Mortgage, a national wholesale and correspondent mortgage lender headquartered in San Diego, which has affected over 137,000 people.

The company originates loans through wholesale and correspondent channels and is licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Unauthorized access was gained to one employee’s computer on or around February 17, 2026.

Personal information that may have been disclosed included your name, address, social security number, birth date, driver’s license or other government identification and information related to mortgage loan applications and servicing.

Letters dated May 29, 2026 are being sent to those affected.
