McShane & Brady Investigating Data Breach from Lockton

McShane & Brady, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating The Southeast Series of Lockton Companies, LLC (“Lockton”) regarding its recent data breach.

According to a Notice of Data Incident letter sent out on February 28, on November 20, 2024, Lockton allegedly discovered suspicious activity on a single company computer.  An investigation was conducted and it concluded that an unauthorized party accessed a single individual account and computer within the company IT environment and obtained certain files.

Information that may have been breached include names and social security numbers.

On February 28, 2025, Lockton began mailing data breach notification letters to impacted individuals.
