McShane & Brady Investigating Hawaii Family Dental Data Breach

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Hawaii Family Dental, a Honolulu-based operator of a dozen dental clinics in Hawaii.

The breach, which has affected over 46,000 people, occurred in July 2026 from a hacking incident that involved unauthorized access to patients personal and protected health information.

An investigation concluded that an unauthorized third party accessed its systems between July 19 and July 20, 2026, including systems where patient information was stored.

Personal information exposed in the breach included names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, dates of birth, medical and dental treatment information, and health insurance information.
