McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Restaurant Management Company, a Wichita based company and one of the largest Pizza Hut franchisees in the United States.

According to a filing with the office of the Maine Attorney General, “On October 13, 2025, we detected suspicious activity on our systems.”

An investigation was conducted and found that that an unauthorized third party gained access to a portion of their computer systems from October 4, 2025, to October 13, 2025.

The company did not publicly release a list of personal information that may be accessed.

According the filing, 120,426 individuals have been affected by this breach.

Restaurant Management Company began notifying affected individuals in writing on April 20, 2026.
