OB-GYN Associates, a women’s health clinic in Reno, Nevada, has announced a data breach in which protected health information has been exposed. Letters to 62,238 individuals have recently been mailed to those affected.
On or around August 7, 2025, suspicious activity was identified. An investigation was conducted and concluded that information such as first and last names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, and medical information have been exposed and may have been stolen.
Oglethorpe, Inc.
Oglethorpe, a healthcare management company specializing in behavioral health and addiction recovery, has announced a data breach.
On June 6, 2025, a threat actor gained access to the company’s internal network and obtained files containing sensitive information during the breach.
According to a filing with the office of the Maine Attorney General, the cyberattack compromised at least 92,332 individuals.
Compromised information included names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers and medical information.
Notification letters started to be mailed to the affected individuals on October 17, 2025.
