Data Breach lawyers

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Legend Senior Living of Wichita, KS that has affected 37,805 individuals.  Legend Senior Living has locations in seven states including Missouri and Kansas.   Locations in Kansas include Wichita, Topeka, Coffeyville, Lawrence, Pratt, Hutchinson, and Lenexa.

According to official filings, the breach occurred on July 27, 2025, when an unauthorized actor gained access to the company’s network.

An investigation was conducted and it was determined that an unauthorized actor gained access to certain systems and may have copied or viewed files on those systems between Jul. 27, 2025, and Aug. 15, 2025.

Personal information  that may have been exposed include name, Social Security number, driver’s license number and financial account information.
