iHeart Radio
iHeartMedia is the largest audio company in the US, with over 850 radio stations across the US and Canada.
iHeartMedia revealed it had suffered a cyber attack in December.
According to the breach notification letter, the unauthorized party accessed files between December 24, 2024 and December 27, 2024.
Letters to those affected by this breach were mailed out beginning April 30, 2025..
Data reportedly included Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, passport numbers, state ID card numbers, tax ID numbers, financial account numbers and payment card numbers.
It is still unclear how many have been affected by this breach.
Adkore Staffing Group
Adkore is a staffing and recruiting company based in Kansas.
According to the data breach letter sent to those affected, on September 17, 2024, Adkore became aware of suspicious activity related to certain systems within their environment.
An investigation determined that files on certain Adkore systems were subject to access and acquisition by an unauthorized party between September 11, 2024 and September 12, 2024.
Adkore began sending data breach notification letters out to those affected on April 24, 2025.

Blue Shield of California
The health insurance plan provider Blue Shield of California disclosed a web tracking-related privacy breach involving user data being shared with Google’s advertising product, Google Ads.
Blue Shield announced April 9 that the personal information of some of its patients was shared with Google Ads between April 2021 and January 2024.
The breach was recently reported to the HHS’ Office for Civil Rights (OCR) as affecting up to 4.7 million.
Blue Shield member information that may have been compromised include insurance plan name, type, and group number, city and zip code, gender, family size, Blue Shield assigned identifiers for online accounts, medical claim service date and provider, patient name, and patient financials.
According to the notice, no additional personal data such as Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, and banking and credit card information were disclosed.
