Data Breach lawyers

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Village Practice Management Company, LLC dba VillageMD.

According to a filing with the Office of the Texas Attorney General, the data breach affected approximately 25,000 Texas residents, with additional individuals potentially affected nationwide.

Information potentially exposed includes names, Social Security numbers, medical information, and dates of birth.

Those who have been affected by this breach are being notified by mail.
