My Story
Lucy McShane (Davis) is a managing member and founder of McShane & Brady, LLC. Putting the interests of clients first and her zealous representation has made Lucy one of the top personal injury attorneys in the area.
As a former prosecutor for the District of Columbia, Lucy gained valuable experience and knowledge to now represent those who have been harmed.
A graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City Law School, Lucy is not afraid to take on the big insurance companies. She has obtained an excess of one million dollars in judgements for her clients. Lucy understands that not every case is worth millions of dollars. However, everyone deserves the right to have an attorney that represents their interests and fight to achieve the best possible outcome. No matter what the size or complexity of the case, Lucy gives 100% effort to everyone.
From high school at St. Teresa’s Academy to the University of Kansas and now raising a family, Lucy plays an active role in Kansas City. She is on the board of directors of St. Teresa’s Academy and Friends of Infant Toddler Service of Johnson County including a term as president. In addition, she is involved with Cure of Arts Catholic School.
Lucy is licensed in Missouri, Kansas, the District of Columbia and federal courts.
