McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Sovina Dental Care, a provider of dental services, orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry across 14 locations in Texas.

On May 26, 2026, Soniva Dental Care was informed by its IT support company that its remote desktop web services infrastructure was under attack.

Personal information disclosed in the breach contained names, addresses, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, government-issued IDs, and medical information.

According to the Office of the Texas Attorney General up to 30,000 Texas residents were potentially affected.
