Mc&B Investigating Outcomes One, Inc. Data Breach

McShane & Brady is investigating a data breach from Outcomes One, Inc., a Florida-based provider of medication therapy management and medication adherence technology solutions to health plans, which has affected over 149,000 people.

An investigation was conducted and it was confirmed that the breach was limited to a single employee email account, which had been accessed by an unauthorized third party following a response to a phishing email.

The account was reviewed and found to contain names with additional information including: demographic information, health insurance information, medication information, and medical provider names.
