Mc&B Investigating Cyberattack at Kettering Health

McShane & Brady, a Kansas City law firm representing individuals whose personal and private information has been breached by unauthorized access, is investigating a data breach from Kettering Health in Dayton, Ohio.

Kettering Health said in a May 20 update on its website that it is experiencing a cybersecurity incident.  The incident was due to unauthorized access to its network.

It is still unclear what information may have been breached from this incident. Elective inpatient and outpatient procedures scheduled for May 20 have been canceled, and the health system’s call center is experiencing an outage.
