Mc&B gets settlement for client involved in a motorcycle accident

Our client was a passenger on a motorcycle in which the driver lost control after being cut off by a car.  As a result, our client was thrown off the bike and set skidding across the highway.  Our client suffered bodily injuries including broken bones and severe lacerations.  Our client spent weeks in the hospital and almost a full year in the therapy.  The client was no longer able to work and was permanently disabled.
