Car Accident Victim Receives Compensation from Injuries

Nothing can be more fun for kids than being on an amusement park ride.  The last thing you should expect to happen is to suffer a serious injury as the result of failing to properly maintain the ride equipment and failing to properly warn the riders of the safety risks.

Our client was enjoying time with the family and went on an amusement park ride.  After the conclusion of the ride, the door to the individual car our client was riding malfunctioned.  The employee came over to fix the problem and he unlatches the door, he throws it back and moves on.  Our client had their hand on the side of the compartment near the hinge of the door.  The door swung back and smashed their finger.

Our client went to the emergency room for stitches.  Our client continued to have pain and X-rays were taken and showed a tuft fracture.  As time went on, numbness began occurring at the tip of the injured finger.  Our client was told that there was nerve damage and is not amendable to repair.
