McShane & Brady Investigating C2N Diagnostics Data Breach

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from C2N Diagnostics, a St. Louis based diagnostics company providing lab services and products related to brain health.

A cybercriminal actor gained access to a small number of stored employee communications, some of which contained personal information.

Data potentially accessed without authorization include names, dates of birth, contact information, health information, blood test analysis results, health insurance information, and Social Security numbers.

Letters are notification have been sent to the 2,027 individuals who have been affected.
