Lacey is an intake specialist at McShane & Brady.

As an intake specialist, Lacey is committed to creating a welcoming and compassionate first point of contact for every client. With experience in customer service and a background in social services, including assessment work, she understands the importance of listening without judgment and guiding clients with empathy and care. She values clear communication and teamwork to help ensure each client’s needs are met effectively.

In her free time , Lacey enjoys spending time with her twin and dogs or unwinding with a good book.
