Rules of the Road

At McShane & Brady,  our clients who have been injured in a car accident are often times the victim of someone who wasn’t obeying the “rules of the road”.    Simply complying with the laws and regulations of the road would eliminate the needless accidents and injuries that occur annually in the United States.

Today’s question:  You are on a two-lane road with traffic moving in both directions. To pass on the left, you must:

A. Give a right turn signal before passing and a left turn signal after passing.

B. Give a left turn signal before passing and a left turn signal after passing.

C. Give a right turn signal before passing and a right turn signal after passing.

D. Give a left turn signal before passing and a right turn signal after passing.

Answer: D.   Left turn signal then a right turn signal
