McShane & Brady Investigating Nutex Health Data Breach

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Nutex Health, a for-profit healthcare company that operates 28 facilities across 12 states, including Topeka HR & Hospital and Archview ER & Hospital in St. Louis.

According to a filing with the SEC, “Company believes that certain information maintained on the Company’s servers was accessed and exfiltrated by an unauthorized third party, including some information that may be private and/or confidential. To date, the Company has not identified any material impact on its business operations or financial reporting systems.”

Nutex has yet to determine the type of data that may have been compromised and if the impact includes patients, employees, or business partners.

It is unclear how many have been affected.
