ALN Medical Management
ALN Medical Management, a Lincoln, Nebraska-based provider of revenue cycle and billing services to the healthcare industry, has confirmed the depth of a data breach that occurred more than a year ago in March 2024. The protected health information of more than 1.8 million individuals was compromised in the incident.
The personal data compromised included individuals’ names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, government-issued ID numbers, financial information (account number, credit/debit card number), medical information, and health insurance information.
ALN began sending notification letters to the affected individuals on March 21, 2025.
U.S. Dermatology Partners
U.S. Dermatology Partners, a network of more than 100 dermatology practices in Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, and Virginia, has announced a June 2024 data breach.
Locations around the Kansas City area include Leawood, Overland Park, Belton, Platte City, Lee’s Summit, Olathe, and KCMO.
An investigation was conducted into the incident and SDP confirmed that there had been unauthorized access to its network on June 19, 2024.
The stolen data included names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, health insurance information.
Notification letters began to be mailed to those affected by this breach on May 30, 2025.
LexisNexis Risk Solutions
LexisNexis Risk Solutions, a data broker that collects and uses consumers’ personal data to help its paying corporate customers detect possible risk and fraud, has disclosed a data breach affecting more than 364,000 people.
The breach, which occurred on December 25th, 2024, allowed a hacker to obtain consumers’ sensitive personal data from a third-party platform used by the company for software development.
The stolen data includes names, dates of birth, phone numbers, postal and email addresses, Social Security numbers, and driver license numbers.
