McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Wisconsin based Delta Medical Systems.

Delta Medical Systems determined that an unauthorized third party had access to its email environment and may have viewed or acquired company data, including patient information, on July 15, 2025.

Data compromised in the incident included names, birth dates, SSN’s, driver’s license numbers, bank account information, health insurance information, and medical information.

On February 11, 2026, Delta Medical Systems finished identifying and notifying the affected individuals.
