McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from healthcare software company CareCloud concerning a security incident that caused network disruption on March 16, 2026.

CareCloud provides software solutions, including electronic health records systems to over 45,000 providers across the country.

A hacker gained access to one of its six electronic health record environments for a period of around 8 hours.

It is unknown how many have been affected by this breach. Notifications will be sent to those affected clients and individuals when they have been identified.
