Data Breach lawyers

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Massillon, Ohio based Progressive Auto Group.

Progressive Auto Group is a car dealership with 3 locations selling Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.

According to a filing with the Office of the New Hampshire Attorney General, Progressive Auto had an incident that involved unauthorized access to its network.  An investigation was conducted and found that an unauthorized actor accessed the network on June 20, 2025, and acquired certain files.  The name and drivers license/state identification number of a resident of New Hampshire was disclosed.

Notification letters have been mailed to all affected individuals.
