McShane & Brady Investigating Sandhills Medical Data Breach

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Sandhills Medical, aa Federally Qualified Community Health Center with locations throughout South Carolina.

According to a filing dated April 28, 2026 with the Office of the Maine Attorney General, “On May 8, 2025, Sandhills discovered we were the victim of a ransomware attack.”

An investigation was conducted and found that an unauthorized third party accessed their server directly and obtained personal information for select patients.

It is unclear how many have been affected.
