McShane & Brady Investigating Saint Anthony Hospital in Chicago Data Breach

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Saint Anthony Hospital, a community hospital in Chicago, has started notifying individuals about unauthorized access and/or theft of some of their personal and protected health information.

According to the notice of data security on their website, “The investigation determined our electronic health records system was not affected by the incident. However, the investigation determined certain files and folders of unstructured data within the affected systems were accessed and/or acquired by an unauthorized party on or around February 27, 2025.”

Notification letters started to be mailed to the affected individuals on March 6, 2026.
