McShane & Brady Investigating Erie Family Health Centers Data Breach

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Erie Family Health Centers, a Chicago, IL-based network of health centers providing primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare services.

An investigation was conducted after suspicious activity was discover and it concluded that an unauthorized third party first accessed its network on December 10, 2025, and retained access until its network was secured on January 27, 2026. This unauthorized access has affected over 570,000 individuals.

The exposed files contained personal and protected health information such as names, SSN’s, treatment and diagnosis information, financial records, and health insurance information.
