Data Breach lawyers

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Maryland based Insightin Health.

Insightin Health is a healthcare technology company that offers an AI-driven digital health platform to health insurers and payers.

Suspicious network activity was identified in September 2025.  An investigation was conducted and found that unauthorized access was gained to its network between September 17, 2025, and September 23, 2025.

Information exposed included names, dates of birth, contract numbers, health insurance providers’ non-unique identifiers, Medicare Beneficiary Identifiers, and information associated with attributed providers.

Notification letters dated January 26, 2026 are being sent to those affected by this breach.
