Data Breach lawyers

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from St. Louis based EyeCare Partners that has affected over 17,000 people.

Suspicious email activity was identified, and an investigation was launched, which confirmed that an unauthorized third-party had accessed multiple managed email accounts between December 3, 2024, and January 28, 2025.

Notification letters have been mailed to all affected individuals.

McShane & Brady has filed suit in this case.
