Data Breach lawyers

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Central Maine Healthcare.

According to a filling with the Office of the Maine Attorney General, “On November 6, 2025, we completed our investigation and analysis of an incident that may have resulted in unauthorized access to some of our patient information.  Through our investigation, we determined that an unauthorized party gained access to our IT network between March 19, 2025 and June 1, 2025, and was able to access and/or acquire certain files from Central Maine Healthcare’s IT systems.”

According the filing, over 145,000 individuals have been affected by this breach.
