McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from NAS Recovery Solutions, a Colorado based substance disorder treatment and behavioral health services provider.

According to a notice of privacy incident report on their website, “On May l 3, 2026, NAS Recovery Solutions became aware that certain client information may have been downloaded by workforce members without authorization.”

The information involved may have included, names, telephone number, and date of birth.

This breach has affected up to 7,000 current and former clients.
