Maureen Brady named to Executive Committee in MDL class action case

Congratulations go out to Maureen Brady on being named to the Executive Committee in a multi-district litigation class action case involving over 50 million customers of T-Mobile.  Hackers found their way into T-Mobile’s systems August 14-15, 2021 stealing both former and current customer names, birth dates, Social Security numbers and driver’s license information.

The main role of the Executive Committee is to work with other leadership counsels in the efficient prosecution of plaintiffs’ claims and carry out such duties and responsibilities as appropriate.

This committee was very sought after by numerous attorneys. An exhaustive selection process was conducted and presented to a court.

“I am very excited and honored to be part of his committee.  We are seeing far too many data breaches.  Those who have our personal information have a duty and obligation to protect our information.  When that information is compromised, we must hold those responsible to a higher level,” said Ms. Brady.
