McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Montgomery, Alabama based Jackson Hospital and Clinic.

An investigation confirmed that an unauthorized third party accessed a third party vendor between July 5, 2024, and July 15, 2024.

Information potentially disclosed include names, phone numbers, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, account information, health insurance information, and/or dates of service.

Notification letters to over 14,000 individuals started to be mailed on February 27, 2026.
