What is a “Champion”?

A champion is defined as person who has defeated or surpassed all rivals in a competition..  Champions are also defined as people  who fight or argue for a cause on behalf of someone else. At McShane and Brady, LLC we fight every day to be “Champions for the Injured”.

While commonly referred to as the best of the best, some champions win by putting themselves first. Let’s take Simone Biles for example; in the 2020 Olympic games held in Tokyo, Biles competed in a few events while battling what is known as the “twisties.” A bad case of the “twisties” can make even the greatest of all time lose her spot in the air. It all came crashing down when Biles got lost in the air during the vault exercise and subsequently pulled herself from the event, and most notably the Women’s All-Around finals.

When asked about her decision, Biles explained that she thought it better to take a back seat to work on my mindfulness, and I knew that the girls would do an absolutely great job. After the team won the silver medal in the Team All Around, teammate Jordan Chiles, expressed, “if it wasn’t for her (Biles), we wouldn’t be where we are right now.”

Even in times of hardship, champions, or those who fight for and support others, can use their strength and will power to lift the spirits and morale of those around them.

McShane and Brady, LLC aims to support and uplift those who are left vulnerable or hurt due to auto-accidents, HIPPA violations, and wrongful disclosures of Protected Information. We are “Champions for The Injured” and we fight for our clients to receive the compensation they deserve.

Being involved in an accident that results in an injury can be a stressful and trying time in one’s life.  Everything becomes complicated.  You may ask yourself questions like, “What happens with my job?”  “Can I take time off for doctor’s appointments?”  “I wasn’t at fault in the accident, but what do I do with the medical bills that keep arriving in the mail?” “Who is going to pay them?”  “Am I responsible?”

As a leading personal injury firm in Kansas City, our job is to help ease the burden of being involved in an accident can have in your life. We assure you that we have answers to your questions, and we have the experience to help you in your time of need.

This is when you need someone on your side.  You need someone who will fight on your behalf.  You need a “champion”.

What defines McShane & Brady as a “champion”?

From the first time you meet with our team, our sole focus is you. After an accident, you need to concentrate your efforts on recovery.  No amount of money is as important as your health and well-being.  It is our goal, no matter what, to get the compensation you deserve. We act in your best interest and will jump as high as you ask.

We fight each and every day for our clients.  We  have the knowledge and experience to take on large insurance companies.  Insurance companies do not like losing money.  They will often offer as little as possible and move on to the next claim, it is our position to not allow that to happen.

With our experienced team, we know how the insurance companies work and know when they are not offering a fair or adequate settlement.

Part of being a “champion” is Mc&B standing up for you, our client, and telling the insurance company that we will not accept their offer.  We reject these kinds of offers as they are not close to a number that would make up for your loss. At McShane and Brady, we work to negotiate your settlement and will not take offers lower than what we deem is respectable and reasonable.

We find pride in calling ourselves “Champions for The Injured.”  Let us be your “champion” and fight for you.
