McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from New York based US Mortgage.

US Mortgage provides mortgage services to customers, including first time homebuyers, loan refinancing, and other services.

According to a notice filed with the Office of the New Hampshire Attorney General, US Mortgage detected suspicious activity in a limited portion of its computer network on May 15, 2025.

An investigation was conducted and found that sensitive personal information in its network may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party during the breach.

Data breach letters are being sent to those have been affected by this breach.
