McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Mutual of America, a financial services company that provides retirement products and services.
On November 29, 2025, Mutual of America became aware of suspicious activity within its systems. An investigation was conducted and found that its network environment was accessed or copied without authorization between November 14, 2025, and November 29, 2025.
The information that could have been subject to unauthorized access includes name, Social Security number, and driver’s license number.
It is unclear how many have been affected. A letter dated March 23, 2026 in being sent to those affected by this breach.
