St. Andrew’s has Missouri facilities in Chesterfield, Valley Park, Kirksville, Bridgeton, Eureka, New Florence, and St. Louis.

On February 7, 2025, St. Andrew’s Resources for Seniors System disclosed a data breach that affected 16,869 individuals across the United States.

According to the data breach notification letter dated February 7, 2025 and sent to those affected, “On February 8, 2024, St. Andrew’s was alerted to suspicious activity on certain employee email accounts.  The investigation determined that an unauthorized actor gained access to the email accounts of certain St. Andrew’s employees.  The information potentially impacted by this incident includes your name and financial account information.”

From hospitals, healthcare providers, government services, service providers to insurance companies, proper precautions and training have not been made to secure these records.
