Data Breach lawyers

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from ZenPatient, a Los Angeles based healthcare technology company that provides a software platform for telemedicine, patient communications, and prescription management.

According to a sample notice filed with the California Attorney General’s Office, ZenPatient identified suspicious activity on or around February 27, 2026.  An investigation was conducted and concluded that an unauthorized actor or actors accessed or copied certain ZenPatient data sometime between December 5, 2025, and February 12, 2026.

It is unknown how many have been affected by this breach.
