McShane & Brady Investigating Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital Data Breach

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital that has affected the personal and protected health information of up to 257,073 individuals.

According to a filing with the Office of the Maine Attorney General, a security incident was detected on January 31, 2026. An investigation was conducted and found that the hacker first gained access to its network two weeks previously, on January 15, 2026.

Personal information that may have been compromised includes: name, address, phone number, email address, Social Security number, date of birth, medical record number, account number, health plan beneficiary number, and, possible full face photograph image, if taken.
