McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Apex Spine & Neurosurgery in Georgia.

An investigation confirmed that a cyber actor accessed its network and copied files on December 9, 2025.  This branch has affected 2,500 individuals.

The information copied in the attack varies from individual to individual.

Notification letters have been mailed to all affected individuals.
