Data Breach lawyers

McShane & Brady, LLC is investigating a data breach from Insight Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago.

Insight Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago announced a data security incident that was first identified back in September 2025.

An investigation concluded that unauthorized access was gained  to its network between August 22, 2025, and September 11, 2025.

Notification letters will be mailed to the affected individuals.  It is unclear how many have been affected.
